Independent External Evaluation of FAO |

At its 33rd Session in November 2005, the FAO Conference agreed with the proposals for an Independent External Evaluation of FAO. The IEE aims at strengthening and improving FAO, taking into consideration FAO's performance in conducting its mandate. It is being undertaken by a core team of five independent consultants supported by specialist consultants and researchers. Oversight is provided by a committee of the FAO Council for the IEE.
